How it all began....
Grand Glass Frog Gifts was born from family, faith, and a lifelong love of creating.
Growing up, some of my sweetest memories were made beside my grandparents—especially my Nanny. She had a gift for turning ordinary things into something beautiful, filling her home with vintage treasures, handmade décor, and warmth you could feel the moment you walked in. One of her little signatures was glass frogs—those charming vintage flower holders she loved collecting and displaying.
She loved them so much that she even named her own little business The Glass Frog. That legacy is where the name Grand Glass Frog comes into play today—a nod to her creativity, her eye for beauty, and the way she inspired everyone around her.
Some of my favorite days were spent right beside her at craft shows, setting up displays and dreaming up new ideas together. We went to estate sales and garage sales hunting for treasures—especially cherry blossom pink depression glass and green depression glass she held close to her heart. I can still hear her saying, “If you find green or pink, grab it… and don’t drop it!”
We didn’t stop there. We would drive around neighborhoods looking at what people had set out for trash, searching for pieces we could rescue and recreate. Old windows, frames, chairs, and forgotten furniture—she saw possibility where others saw junk. She always had a creative way of giving something new life, turning cast-offs into beautiful, meaningful décor.
Those experiences shaped me more than I realized at the time.
Years later—on March 13, 2025—my Nanny, my best friend, passed away. Her loss sent me into a whirlwind of searching for what I was supposed to do next. In the middle of grief, I found myself returning to the very things she taught me—creating with my hands, rescuing discarded pieces, and turning “junk” into something purposeful and beautiful, just like she always did. That journey brought me back to the heart behind the name: Grand Glass Frog, and to crafting again with intention.
During that season, I leaned deeper into my faith and felt God gently guiding me toward what He had been preparing me for all along.
I’ll be honest—I’ve tried starting businesses over the past few years, and to be honest, I struggled with staying focused on just one path for a while. I would find the “next best thing,” jump in with excitement, and then struggle to keep everything under one roof. But through it all, God was teaching me something important: I wasn’t meant to keep starting over—I was meant to bring everything together.
By adding my own wood-making business alongside apparel, sublimated tumblers, blankets, accessories, and more, I finally found the place where all my past creative ventures meet. Each skill, season, and experiment helped build what Grand Glass Frog Gifts is today.
Every piece here is made with intention—designed to bring comfort, joy, and encouragement into your home. Many designs are inspired by Scripture, family traditions, and the simple beauty of everyday living.
This business isn’t about mass production.
It’s about heart.
It’s about handmade over hurried.
It’s about gifts that tell a story.
And tucked inside the name is a quiet reminder of where it all began—my Nanny, her Glass Frog, and the creativity she passed down that still shapes everything I create today.
Thank you for being part of this journey. When you shop here, you’re not just buying décor—you’re sharing in a story of faith, family, perseverance, and generations of love.
